Materials used

2. Concentrated coconut water: 15 times concentrated at low temperature, achieving a good balance of good taste and quality;
3. Stabilizer blends: A mixture of mono- and di-glycerol fatty acid esters, microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose fatty acid esters, sodium stearyl lactylate, and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose. Which optimizes the effect of single additive and erradicates the trouble of testing and verifying.
