Materials used

1. Select high-quality osmanthus extract which gives the product a pure and long-lasting osmanthus fragrance.
2. Add high-quality Longjing tea powder which gives the product a classic Longjing tea sensation.
3. Stabilzer blend provides good product taste and stability, effectively reducing the product's floating oil, precipitation, and stratification problems. 4. The formula is sucrose free and it makes the milk tea taste more natural.

  2. 2. Longjing tea powder is made by freeze-drying process using Zhejiang Longjing tea raw materials, which well preserves the aroma and taste of Longjing tea.

Stabilizer blend, the product is a mixture of mono- and di-glycerol fatty acid esters, microcrystalline cellulose, sucrose fatty acid esters, sodium stearyl lactylate, and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, which optimizes the overall performance rather than using single emulsifier. Furthermore, it also reduces the risk of flat-sour spoilage caused by too many plant based raw materials.
