Product Description

1. Sodium  Saccharin also known as soluble saccharin, with two crystal water, colorless  crystals or white crystalline powder slightly, Sodium Saccharin generally  contains two crystal water,Sodium Saccharin is easy to lose water of  crystallization from anhydrous saccharin , white powder, odorless or slight  aroma, Sodium Saccharin sour sweet with bitter. 

2. Sodium Saccharin sweetness of  sucrose is about 500 times. Heat resistance and alkali resistance is weak,  Sodium Saccharin heating under acidic sweetness gradually disappeared, the  solution is greater than 0.026% is bitter.   


Application

1. Beverages

    (1) Low-Sugar Jams and Jellies: Saccharin sodium can be used in jams and   jellies to reduce the sugar content while maintaining the desired sweetness.
    (2) Canned and Processed Fruits: Used in canned fruits to enhance sweetness   without increasing sugar content, aiding in preservation and flavor.
