1. Precision Weighing
Every batch begins with exact measurement of all components—tea, dairy, stabilizers, and functional aids—ensuring formula integrity from the start.


2. Multi-Stream Hydration & Extraction

●Dairy Preparation: Sweetened condensed milk and full cream evaporated milk are dissolved in 50–60°C water (3x milk volume) and mixed for at least 10 minutes, creating a rich, creamy base.

●Tea Extraction: Dahongpao tea leaves and instant black tea powder, along with sodium isoascorbate and trisodium phosphate, are steeped in 80–90°C water (20x powder volume) for 5 minutes, then filtered through a 100-mesh sieve. This precise temperature and time profile ensures maximum extraction of aromatic compounds while minimizing bitterness.

●Stabilizer Hydration: The Stabilizer Blend is dispersed in 65–70°C water under high-shear mixing for 10 minutes, creating a fully hydrated functional base.


3. Layered Integration

• Cream is incorporated into the stabilizer solution and mixed for 10 minutes.

• The prepared dairy solution is added and blended thoroughly.

• The filtered tea solution is introduced and mixed for 2 minutes.

All remaining ingredients are added and mixed until uniform.


4. Volume Standardization

5. Thermal Preparation & Homogenization
The liquid is heated to 65–70°C and subjected to two-stage homogenization:

6. UHT Sterilization
