Throughout the year, our team embarked on a strategic journey across four continents, participating in five pivotal trade fairs that shape the future of food and ingredients. Our 2025 journey was a testament to our global vision:

• March | Moscow, Russia: We began the year at the Global Ingredients Show (GIS), immersing ourselves in the dynamic and evolving landscape of the market. This was a valuable opportunity to understand regional sourcing trends and strengthen ties with our partners in Eastern Europe.

• June | Shanghai, China: At Food Ingredients Asia (FIA), we witnessed firsthand the incredible pace of innovation and the growing demand for specialized, health-oriented solutions in the world's most populous market. The energy and creativity on display were truly inspiring.

• August | São Paulo, BrazilFi South America provided deep insights into the vibrant Latin American food sector. From local flavor preferences to sustainable sourcing practices, our conversations enriched our perspective on this key growth region.

• September | Dubai, UAE: ISM Middle East offered a window into the fast-growing food and confectionery markets bridging East and West. The focus on premiumization and cross-cultural tastes in Dubai reaffirmed the importance of tailored ingredient solutions.

• October | Cologne, Germany: We culminated our year at Anuga, the world's leading food trade fair. Engaging with the global industry's forefront—from groundbreaking startups to established multinationals—solidified our understanding of worldwide trends and reaffirmed our role in the international supply chain.


Beyond the exhibition halls, these events were about the people who give our industry its vitality.
